Located in the Jersey City Powerhouse Arts District, 140 Bay Street is the first warehouse conversion within the area, dedicated to accommodate local artists. The development consists of the renovation and conversion of a 6-story former Eckerson & Co warehouse, originally constructed in 1917, to luxury residential condominium use.

A 4-story townhouse addition replacing the old 1-story garage, and a 2-story rooftop addition bridge the old and new structure for a cohesive modern design. The new 8-story project houses 59 new artists’ work-live space, lofts, and 11,500 sf of ground floor retail. For its convenient location, LWDMR is currently occupying a storefront as our Jersey City office.
